there used to be a flash web part called "Amy's Lyric Journal" on the official Evanescence website. it contained drawings from her first diary.
the others were shared on Evanescence website as a 2013 anniversary scrapbook, on the old EvThreads, EvClub, Twitter, Fandom, Pinterest and many other places.

The first appearance of the Octopia painting, then untitled, happened when Amy tweeted this photo on February 4, 2010. In a interview two months later, she stated she had been working on it for 18 months, meaning one year and a half. - see EvRef

The Flag Dress was designed and worn by Amy Lee during Evanescence's 2012 tours of the UK and South America in support of Evanescence. The dress features a black sleeveless top with a studded belt on the waist and a skirt composed of dozens of different flags from various foreign countries. Lee also designed several matching armbands, each with a flag draping down, to interchange for each show. - see EvRef
